Summer Intensive
The Summer Intensive is a three-week curriculum that exposes Northwestern Medicine Scholars to a variety of lectures, tours and hands-on learning activities pertaining to a specific clinical area such as cancer or heart disease. Scholars learn from some of Northwestern’s leading physicians and researchers while exploring the medical field and further developing their passion for medicine. Northwestern Medicine Scholars also participate in professional and personal development sessions, which allow them to learn, practice and perfect skills needed to succeed in college, medical school and beyond.
